📋 Description

• • As a Senior Product Designer at Deel, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of global work by designing intuitive, impactful experiences for the company’s all-in-one HR and payroll platform used by teams in over 150 countries.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include deeply analyzing customer and business problems to uncover pain points, rapidly creating elegant solutions, thinking strategically about product direction, presenting and defending design decisions, updating acceptance criteria, and owning the full design lifecycle from ideation through post-release feedback.
• • You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and developers across multiple platforms—including the employee portal, employer portal, and admin dashboard—while contributing to and evolving the design system to ensure consistency and scalability.
