📋 Description

• Own end-to-end design for core product flows in the LemFi app, from concept through to shipped UI, ensuring pixel-perfect execution and exceptional visual craft
• Set and elevate the visual standard across the entire app by refining typography, layout, color, motion, and micro-interactions that users experience daily
• Build, maintain, and evolve the design system—including components, documentation, and governance patterns—to ensure consistency and scalability across global squads and markets
• Bridge brand identity and product experience so every touchpoint in the app feels unmistakably LemFi, reinforcing trust and emotional connection with users
• Partner closely with product managers and engineers to deliver high-fidelity, production-ready designs with rapid iteration and clear handover
• Use AI tools natively within the design workflow for ideation, art direction, asset generation, and production efficiency
• Design for a global, multi-market, multi-language audience, ensuring cultural sensitivity and usability across diverse user contexts
• Ship beautiful, coherent consumer products at scale, with a portfolio that demonstrates exceptional UI craftsmanship and visual judgment
• Focus on reusable design foundations rather than one-off screens, prioritizing systems thinking to reduce fragmentation and increase design velocity
• Lead with visual excellence; your portfolio must showcase shipped, polished consumer-facing product work, not just process or wireframes
• Embrace direct, low-ego collaboration: prefer shipping and learning over abstract debate, and drive decisions through user impact and data
• Maintain deep fluency in Figma as the primary design tool, with proven experience in component libraries, variants, and design token governance
• Translate brand principles into product language, ensuring visual harmony between marketing, app interface, and user onboarding experiences
• Contribute to design discovery and testing phases while remaining most energized by the refinement and polish of final UI details
• Work across global time zones with a team of 400+ spanning 20+ countries, adapting design decisions to regional financial behaviors and regulatory contexts

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in digital design, with recent years focused on product design for consumer-facing apps or platforms
• A portfolio showcasing shipped, exceptional UI craft and visual judgment in consumer products
• Hands-on experience building and governing design systems, including component libraries, documentation, and scalability patterns
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma and fluency with AI-assisted design tools
• Proven experience collaborating with engineers on implementation, handover, and pixel-accurate delivery
• Experience designing for multi-market, multi-language, or global audiences
