- • Design and own product experiences for a multi-persona AI-powered healthcare platform used by clinicians, operators, patients, and internal workflow builders.
- • Translate complex healthcare workflows into intuitive, trustworthy interfaces that reduce friction and improve outcomes for users with varying technical fluency.
- • Collaborate within cross-functional pods alongside product and engineering partners to shape, sequence, validate, and iterate on product features from concept to launch.
- • Design across multiple product surfaces including workflow builders, operational dashboards, patient outreach systems, and failure triage interfaces.
- • Communicate design decisions, tradeoffs, and system impacts through Figma mockups, workflow diagrams, and interactive prototypes tailored to project needs.
- • Drive alignment across teams by articulating reasoning behind design choices and how changes propagate across interconnected user experiences.
- • Contribute to the evolution of shared design systems, components, and processes to ensure consistency and scalability across the platform.
- • Explore and adopt new tools and methodologies that accelerate learning, improve design fidelity, and enhance shipping velocity.
- • Work with technical inputs such as component APIs, data models, and system constraints to inform and ground design decisions.
- • Navigate ambiguity by using evidence and judgment to move projects forward without waiting for complete specifications or perfect clarity.
- • Design for enterprise SaaS environments with diverse organizational roles, including internal staff, external healthcare providers, and end patients.
- • Focus on building systems that are not only usable but also reliable and safe in high-stakes healthcare contexts where errors impact human lives.
- • Participate in company-wide in-person gatherings and events, with Bay Area-based employees required to work from the San Mateo office at least three days per week.
- • Engage with the mission of improving healthcare for 100 million patients by creating tools that enhance workforce productivity, close care gaps, and improve patient retention and reimbursement.

- • Demonstrable experience making complex systems understandable and usable for diverse user personas
- • Experience designing for enterprise SaaS platforms with multiple organizational roles and varying technical fluency
- • Experience designing developer tools, platform products, or workflow automation systems
- • Technical curiosity: actively engages with APIs, data models, and system constraints as design inputs
- • Ability to move forward through ambiguity using judgment and evidence rather than waiting for complete briefs
- • Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions and tradeoffs to cross-functional teams
