📋 Description

• Senior Product Designer role at Kiefer Inc., supporting multiple product streams and scaling design output across the AI product ecosystem.
• Design UX/UI for multiple AI-powered products, collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers on feature delivery, deliver implementation-ready designs, improve usability and consistency, contribute to design patterns and reusable components, and support faster product iteration cycles.
• Kiefer Tech, the technology arm of Kiefer, leverages over 12 years of engineering heritage from the Green Energy sector to deliver AI, robotics, and enterprise solutions across Greece and the EU, with a focus on sovereign AI infrastructure, data privacy, and tangible business impact through collaboration with NVIDIA.
• Opportunity to work on real AI products with tangible impact, exercise high ownership and autonomy, gain exposure to multiple product areas, thrive in a fast-paced environment with quick iterations, and grow with a scaling product team.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Product Design / UX/UI
• Strong UX thinking and structured problem-solving
• Proficiency with Figma or similar tools
• Ability to work across multiple priorities simultaneously
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams
• Practical and delivery-oriented mindset
