- • As a Senior Product Designer at Hatch Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in shaping how AI-powered communication tools serve home services and home improvement brands, directly impacting user experience for over 2,000 enterprise and SMB customers.
- • You will own end-to-end design of core product experiences—from initial concept to polished execution—focusing on Voice AI, SMS, email workflows, campaign builders, journey orchestration, and performance dashboards, ensuring they are powerful yet intuitive for complex operational environments.
- • You will join a small but mighty design team at a Yelp-acquired company experiencing rapid growth, where you’ll collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, AI specialists, and customer success reps to translate deep user insights into scalable, elegant solutions.
- • You will have the opportunity to advance your expertise in designing AI-driven B2B products, evolve a scalable design system, conduct meaningful user research with home services operators, and influence design culture at a defining moment in the company’s evolution.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in product design or UX/UI in high-growth tech environments
- • Highly skilled in Figma, with comfort prototyping using AI tools like Claude to move quickly from idea to working artifact
- • Experience designing complex, data-heavy AI products (e.g., dashboards, workflow builders, conversational or communication interfaces) for enterprise, B2B, or multi-location operators in non-tech verticals like home services
