📋 Description

• As a Senior Product Designer on the AI Builders team at Cresta, you will design intuitive, end-to-end experiences that empower contact center teams to build, test, and deploy AI agents and workflows that automate tasks and augment human agents.
• You will translate complex AI primitives and business logic into self-serve builder experiences for both technical and non-technical users, balancing agentic and deterministic workflows to drive adoption and scalability.
• You will collaborate with product managers, machine learning engineers, frontend developers, customer success, and marketing teams to define problem spaces, conduct user research, and iterate on polished, production-ready designs.
• You will advocate for design craft, raise the quality bar, and help the team develop a shared vision of excellence while exercising judgment on when to ship — knowing that perfect is the enemy of good.
• You will work at the intersection of LLM capabilities, CX operations, and workflow design, using AI-native tools like Claude Code and Cursor to prototype faster and push beyond traditional design tooling.
• You will join a mission-driven company born from the Stanford AI lab, led by pioneers including Sebastian Thrun, Ping Wu, and Tim Shi, to revolutionize customer conversations through AI-powered insights and automation.

🎯 Requirements

• Education in Design, HCI, Interaction, or 5+ years of equivalent industry experience
• Experience designing AI-driven workflows, no-code/low-code/agentic builders, or complex B2B enterprise applications
• AI-native working style: comfortable using tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or MCP to prototype and move faster than traditional design tooling allows
• Portfolio showcasing simple, elegant design solutions to complex problems, with a focus on end-to-end flows rather than isolated screens
• Strong product thinking and a blend of UX disciplines including interaction design, prototyping, visual design, and user research
• Curious, adaptable, and a quick learner who thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
