- • Lead the end-to-end design of mobile product experiences for JustPlay, one of the world’s top entertainment apps, with a focus on content discovery, player motivation, and loyalty gamification.
- • Develop user-centric wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that drive player engagement and retention across iOS and Android platforms.
- • Champion and evolve JustPlay’s design system and design guidelines to ensure consistency, scalability, and quality across all product surfaces.
- • Translate research insights, analytics, and user feedback into actionable design concepts that deliver measurable business outcomes and enhance player delight.
- • Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions within technical constraints while maintaining design integrity.
- • Integrate AI tools and automated workflows into the design and product development lifecycle to increase team efficiency and accelerate delivery.
- • Drive the adoption of platform-specific best practices (iOS Human Interface Guidelines, Android Material Design) to ensure seamless, high-quality interactions across devices.
- • Establish and refine scalable design processes that support team growth and maintain high standards as the product evolves.
- • Proactively identify opportunities to improve product usability, reduce friction, and enhance the overall player journey from onboarding to long-term engagement.
- • Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of craft, collaboration, and continuous learning within the design team.
- • Educate cross-functional stakeholders on design-led practices and advocate for user-centered thinking across the organization.
- • Stay deeply informed about mobile gaming trends, advertising ecosystems, and emerging engagement mechanics to inform strategic design decisions.
- • Contribute to building a high-performing, growth-minded design culture rooted in experimentation, feedback, and data-informed iteration.
- • Maintain a portfolio of impactful mobile design work that demonstrates expertise in gamification, retention loops, and player motivation systems.
- • Ensure meticulous attention to detail in all deliverables, from initial sketches to final pixel-perfect assets.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2-3 years of experience designing end-to-end mobile product experiences, ideally in gaming or entertainment
- • Experience scaling or refining established design teams and processes
- • A portfolio showcasing impactful mobile design work
- • Proven expertise in gamification and user engagement
- • Expert proficiency in Figma
- • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to craft
