Senior Product Designer (Canada East Coast)

📋 Description

• • Senior Product Designer role focused on shaping and scaling the core experience of Boxed.gg, a $50M+ collectibles platform where design decisions directly impact revenue, retention, and user behavior.
• • Own end-to-end design of key product areas including onboarding, loot box experiences, inventory systems, payments, and retention features; translate opportunities into user flows, prototypes, and high-quality designs; partner with Engineering to solve problems in real time and ship quickly.
• • Part of a remote-first, high-autonomy team at Loot Labs Inc., led by veterans from Microsoft, Twitch, 2K, and Boeing, serving 500k collectors with an active Discord community of 125k+ members.
• • Opportunity to evolve the design system, conduct user research and testing, run experiments to improve conversion and engagement, and use data and user insight to drive decisions while reporting to the Creative Director and partnering with Product and Engineering leadership.
