- • Senior Product Designer, Consumer at Reddit Inc. is a remote-friendly role focused on shaping product strategy and user experience for one of the internet’s largest platforms, serving over 126 million daily active users across 100,000+ communities.
- • Day to day, you will lead cross-functional squads by transforming ambiguous business goals into concrete product strategies, using AI coding tools like Cursor to build functional prototypes with real data, and driving high-velocity A/B testing to move key metrics in growth or youth safety initiatives.
- • You will join Reddit’s Consumer UX team as a co-architect of the product roadmap, working in a culture that values builders who prove ideas through execution, not just pixel-pushing, and who thrive in environments requiring strategic thinking and technical craft.
- • In this role, you will learn to influence executive leadership through data-driven storytelling, set design excellence benchmarks across the organization, and gain deep impact in either user growth and retention or teen safety and global compliance — two critical paths defining Reddit’s next evolution.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of product design experience, preferably in high-scale consumer tech, safety, or growth-driven environments
- • Proficiency in prototyping via code (e.g., using AI tools like Cursor) to test designs with real data and de-risk complex interactions
- • Ability to reframe ambiguous legal, business, or user problems into coherent, human-centered systems and influence product roadmap priorities
