- • Lead the end-to-end design of product enhancements for Zip’s platform (app and web) that enables users to make purchases, split payments into installments, and manage repayments, directly impacting financial well-being and customer experience.
- • Drive AI adoption within Product Design and cross-functional teams by identifying where AI accelerates insight, reduces operational friction, and improves design quality; experiment, implement, and scale responsible AI workflows in discovery, prototyping, validation, and execution.
- • Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, Risk, and Compliance to ensure AI tools are used ethically and effectively, while redesigning design workflows using AI for research synthesis, ideation, validation, rapid prototyping, and impact measurement.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience designing at scale in product, UX, or interaction design
- • Portfolio demonstrating systems thinking and measurable impact, not just polished screens
- • Experience incorporating AI-powered tools thoughtfully into research, prototyping, documentation, or design operations
- • Strong ability to interpret metrics and make data-informed decisions
- • Experience leading lean experiments and validating hypotheses quickly
- • Experience documenting complex systems and onboarding others effectively
