- • Senior Product Designer responsible for shaping and scaling the core experience of Boxed.gg, a $50M+ collectibles platform where design decisions directly impact revenue, retention, and user behavior.
- • Own end-to-end design of key product areas including onboarding, loot box experiences, inventory systems, payments, and retention features; translate opportunities into user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs; partner with Engineering to solve problems in real time and ship quickly.
- • Conduct user interviews, testing, and research; engage with users and community to gather feedback; design and run experiments to improve conversion, engagement, and retention; analyze user behavior and cohort data to inform design decisions.
- • Evolve and extend the design system for consistency and scalability; act as a hands-on prototyper and embedded partner to Engineering; report to the Creative Director and collaborate closely with Head of Product, Engineering Manager, and Product & Engineering teams.
- • Drive product decisions using data and user insight in a high-ownership, fast-paced environment; contribute to a mission-driven company making collecting fun through digital entertainment and tangible rewards; serve a community of 500k+ collectors and 125k+ Discord members.
- • Help scale a category-leading platform with major expansions planned across product offerings, strategic partnerships, and next-generation collector experiences; work remotely with high autonomy and low ego in a team led by veterans from Microsoft, Twitch, 2K, and Boeing.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in product design (UI/UX), ideally within high-growth consumer platforms such as gaming, marketplaces, fintech, or digital products.
- • Proficiency in Figma, including components, prototyping, and design systems, with strong visual and interaction design skills across complex product flows.
- • Experience conducting user interviews, usability testing, and working with user cohorts, behavioral data, and feedback loops to inform design decisions.
- • Proven ability to design and ship user-facing features end-to-end in fast-paced, iterative environments while operating with high ownership in ambiguous settings.
- • Solid understanding of information architecture, usability principles, and the ability to prototype quickly and iterate on ideas in real time.
