- • Senior Product Engineer at Brellium Inc. is a pivotal role focused on building AI-powered technology that improves the standard of care across the U.S. healthcare system by delivering real-time medical review tools that prevent diagnostic and compliance risks before they impact patients.
- • This role directly contributes to Brellium’s mission of giving every U.S. provider the tools to deliver clinically excellent, data-driven care at scale, serving over 250,000 providers across all 50 states with backing from top-tier investors like First Round Capital and Menlo Ventures.
- • Translate product ideas into technical designs and ship them end-to-end, taking full ownership from ideation through architecture, implementation, polish, and launch.
- • Build features across frontend, backend, and data layers, ensuring seamless integration and performance in data-intensive, user-facing applications.
- • Collaborate directly with design, product, and leadership teams to turn ambiguous problems into shipped solutions that improve clinical outcomes and care delivery.
- • Own projects from concept to production, making pragmatic tradeoffs between speed and craft while maintaining high standards of quality and reliability.
- • Contribute to a fast-moving, highly collaborative startup environment where your technical decisions directly impact how care is delivered nationwide.
- • Work with modern cloud infrastructure, including AWS deployments, to scale systems that support healthcare providers in real time.
- • Engage with cutting-edge technologies, including potential LLM integration, to enhance product capabilities in a mission-driven setting.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- • Experience building and scaling data-intensive, user-facing applications
- • Familiarity with AWS deployments and cloud infrastructure
- • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- • Passion for building impactful products with a track record of ownership and initiative
- • Background in healthcare or life sciences industry (nice to have)
- • Experience with modern LLM integration in production products (nice to have)
