- • As a Senior Product Engineer in Replit's Product Foundry, you will serve as a technical founder driving high-risk, 0→1 initiatives aimed at launching disruptive, multi-billion-dollar product categories that 10x Replit's value and market reach.
- • You will own end-to-end technical, product, and launch success for autonomous squads operating in 3-week sprints, leading full-stack development of agentic software systems that enable AI agents to build, test, and review code across platforms.
- • You will work within Replit’s internal innovation engine, collaborating with fractional PM and Design resources to validate ideas rapidly through market feedback and internal betting processes, mirroring the pace of a lean startup.
- • You will gain deep experience in building platform systems used by other teams, shaping the future of AI-native software development, and positioning yourself to launch your own ventures in the future.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of professional software engineering experience
- • Strong track record leading complex projects with cross-functional stakeholders
- • Experience building and operating platform systems that other teams depend on
- • Strong product judgment: ability to balance UX, speed, correctness, and long-term maintainability
- • Comfort working in modern web stacks such as TypeScript, React, Node.js, Postgres
- • Understanding of the full agentic software development stack, helping coding agents build, test and review correct code
