- • Senior Product Engineer role focused on building and scaling platform-level back-end services to enhance Data and AI capabilities for internal and external customers.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning delivery of high-impact features, driving advanced testing, resolving critical system bugs, maintaining code quality through reviews, producing scalable code using design patterns, creating technical documentation, and collaborating with Engineering Manager, Tech Lead, QA, and Product teams.
- • Arbor Education is a mission-driven company transforming school management through MIS and school tools used in over 12,000 schools, aiming to reduce burnout and create joyful workplaces for education staff by turning data into actionable insights.

🎯 Requirements
- • Demonstrable experience building back-end Python-based services
- • Previous experience building features in PHP
- • Experience with enterprise solutions and large-scale systems
- • Proven experience managing large technical projects and delivering high-impact results with minimal supervision
- • Applies software engineering principles (e.g., SOLID, DRY) effectively and practices Test-Driven Development and clean code
