- • As a Senior Product Manager at Felix Health Inc., you will own the acquisition and activation funnel end-to-end, turning demand into high-quality patients and accelerating time-to-treatment, with a strategic focus on the high-growth Weight Loss category.
- • You will partner with Growth and Marketing to optimize landing pages, messaging, and campaign flows; identify and remove friction in UX, pricing, trust, and speed; and ship quickly while iterating based on real data.
- • You will work cross-functionally with Product, Growth, CX, Clinical, and Pharmacy teams to ensure a cohesive patient experience from first touch to treatment, aligning front-door promises with clinical delivery.
- • You will define and own key metrics such as conversion, activation, and time-to-treatment, leveraging AI to prototype, analyze, and build tools that accelerate decision-making and innovation.
- • You will act as an owner—driving outcomes from problem definition to execution, using strong product judgment to balance depth and speed, and thriving in ambiguity while communicating clearly under uncertainty.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven track record of owning and delivering end-to-end product outcomes, not just contributing to projects
- • Strong ability to use data to drive decisions—turning messy inputs into clear, actionable insights
- • Experience leveraging AI beyond basic usage, including prototyping, analysis, and building internal tooling
- • Demonstrated success in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a bias to action and comfort shipping and learning
- • Excellent communication skills, especially when navigating uncertainty or advocating for change
- • Deep understanding of product discovery, validation, and execution in consumer-facing digital health or similar domains
