- • Senior Product Manager leading the development of Pulse, Apella’s real-time OR efficiency suite, driving measurable impact in surgical workflows and hospital operations.
- • Own day-to-day execution of product strategy, including evolving the vision and roadmap for Pulse, collaborating with engineering, design, data science, sales, and customer success teams to deliver mobile-first solutions that enable surgical teams to act on real-time OR signals.
- • Apella applies computer vision and machine learning to improve surgical care, building tools that empower surgeons, nurses, and administrators to deliver higher quality outcomes in high-stakes environments.
- • Shape the future of real-time healthcare technology, deepen expertise in health tech product strategy, user research, and cross-functional leadership while contributing to a mission-driven startup with long-term growth potential.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of product management experience in ambiguous, fast-moving domains
- • Strong user research instincts with field experience identifying high-leverage workflow pain points
- • Ability to collaborate effectively with data science and technical teams, including sufficient data fluency to pressure test analyses
- • Proven success in startup environments: self-managing, resilient under pressure, receptive to feedback, and goal-oriented
- • Strong communication skills for aligning engineering, customer-facing, and executive teams
