📋 Description
- • As a Senior Product Manager at Ben Technologies Inc., you will challenge complexity in the employee benefit domain and deliver value by solving complex customer-facing problems in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment where ownership and impact are central to the role.
- • You will own product discovery, collaborate with stakeholders to shape strategy and roadmap, lead end-to-end product ownership from idea to go-live, ensure customer voice is integrated throughout development, prioritize and scope problems with design and engineering, coordinate with marketing and customer teams for successful launches, and break down complex business problems into actionable insights to build user-friendly B2B SaaS products.
