• • Own a high-impact product area end-to-end in a 0→1 phase, defining vision, strategy, and roadmap; establishing success metrics; making prioritization decisions across stakeholders; synthesizing insights from internal teams, law firms, and claimants; identifying high-impact problems; framing hypotheses; defining KPIs; running experiments; partnering with Engineering and Design in a triad model to scope, build, and ship products quickly; writing PRDs; iterating based on feedback; balancing speed and quality; leveraging AI tools to accelerate workflow and improve product experiences; rapidly prototyping solutions; identifying opportunities to embed AI into core functionality; analyzing product performance and user behavior; reporting on outcomes; refining based on data and feedback; contributing to product culture, processes, and scaling best practices; helping establish frameworks for decision-making and execution as the company grows.
