- • Work with global stakeholders to align product direction across regions, accounting for regional compliance, language, and sales process variations.
- • Translate technical constraints and opportunities into clear product requirements, balancing innovation with scalability and maintainability.
- • Monitor product performance using quantitative and qualitative data to drive continuous improvement and inform future roadmap decisions.
- • Communicate product progress and outcomes to executive leadership, sales, marketing, and customer teams with clarity and compelling storytelling.

- • Foster a culture of ownership and accountability within the product team, encouraging experimentation, rapid learning, and data-informed decision-making.
- • Serve as the primary product advocate within the organization, bridging gaps between technical teams and business stakeholders to drive alignment and execution.
- • Manage cross-functional dependencies and timelines, ensuring timely delivery of product milestones without compromising quality or user experience.

- • Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager in SaaS or AI-driven enterprise software
- • Demonstrated success leading AI-powered product initiatives with measurable business impact
- • Deep understanding of CRM systems, sales processes, and customer service workflows
- • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret customer data, usage metrics, and market trends
- • Experience working with cross-functional engineering and design teams in agile environments
