- • Take full ownership of advancing a suite of products designed specifically for independent retailers in the interior décor industry.
- • Collaborate directly with end users and customers to uncover unmet needs through active listening and perceptive questioning.
- • Develop and execute a cohesive product strategy to drive adoption among independent retailers and empower their business growth through the company’s technology.
- • Translate deep technical understanding of the product stack (TypeScript, Next.js, React/Redux, Python, Django, PostgreSQL) into actionable product specifications for engineering teams.
- • Work closely with engineers to refine product requirements, ensuring efficient and high-quality development cycles.
- • Maintain a relentless focus on product quality, paying meticulous attention to detail in every aspect of the user experience.
- • Leverage data-driven insights—including complex analyses and A/B testing—to validate hypotheses and guide product decisions.
- • Balance technological constraints with user needs to design groundbreaking solutions that are both innovative and feasible.
- • Act as the primary liaison between product, engineering, and customer-facing teams to align priorities and deliver on product roadmaps.
- • Engage directly with C-suite executives of retail clients to understand their strategic goals and tailor product offerings accordingly.
- • Own end-to-end coordination of product initiatives from ideation through launch and iteration.
- • Demonstrate a design mindset by advocating for intuitive, accessible, and visually coherent user experiences.
- • Maintain a strong curiosity for user behavior and a hunger to immerse yourself in real-world customer environments.
- • Operate with urgency and a results-oriented mindset, prioritizing execution and measurable outcomes.
