📋 Description

• As a Senior Product Manager at Monks, you will lead cross-functional teams to define strategy, discover opportunities, and deliver digital products that solve real customer problems and drive business outcomes, owning the end-to-end lifecycle from research to iteration.
• Day to day, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, conduct market and user research, define product vision and KPIs, manage backlogs, facilitate discovery workshops, lead agile ceremonies with global teams, oversee product launches, mentor junior PMs, and evangelize a customer-centric product culture.
• Monks is the global, digital-first, data-driven brand of S4 Capital plc, recognized as an AI Agency of the Year and a leader in marketing innovation, combining Marketing and Technology Services to help brands interact with the world through its Monks.Flow AI ecosystem.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in product strategy, agile leadership, stakeholder management, and data-informed decision-making while mentoring others and contributing to process improvements in a high-impact, innovative environment.
