📋 Description

• As a Senior Product Manager at Clear Finance Technology Corp. (Clearco), you will play a critical role in evolving funding products to meet customer needs, directly impacting how founders access capital to scale their businesses with speed and confidence.
• You will lead product strategy by synthesizing customer feedback and quantitative data, ensuring solutions are both innovative and grounded in real-world usage, driving measurable outcomes for thousands of brands relying on Clearco’s platform.
• Your day-to-day will involve conducting ongoing research to identify emerging opportunities and optimize existing products, using qualitative and quantitative methods to uncover unmet customer needs and market trends.
• You will partner with engineering, design, analytics, and go-to-market teams to translate business goals into clear, actionable technical requirements that align with product vision and technical feasibility.
• Through continuous iteration, you will adapt and improve funding products based on user feedback, performance data, and evolving market conditions, ensuring the platform remains competitive and responsive.
• You will champion a seamless, intuitive user experience, working closely with UX/UI designers to reduce friction in the funding journey—from application to repayment—so users feel supported and empowered to grow.
• Close collaboration with developers will be essential to ensure technical execution matches product intent, including participating in sprint planning, reviewing prototypes, and validating builds against acceptance criteria.
• You will communicate product strategies, roadmaps, and trade-offs clearly and persuasively to stakeholders, including senior leadership, using data-driven narratives to build alignment and secure buy-in.
• You will own the full product lifecycle—from discovery and ideation through prototyping, testing, launch, and post-launch optimization—ensuring accountability and quality at every stage.
• You will work within a mission-driven fintech company that has deployed over $3 billion to 10,000+ brands, offering a unique dual-product platform (Cash Advance and Invoice Funding) that eliminates dilution, personal guarantees, and friction for founders.

• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in fintech product strategy, scaling B2B financial products, and leading cross-functional teams in high-velocity environments.

• Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining Clearco’s position as the only platform offering both Cash Advance and Invoice Funding in one integrated experience, setting a new standard for founder-centric finance.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of Product Management experience with world-class products or online services, preferably in fintech, B2B, or financial services.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery, in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform product decisions, prioritize features, and measure impact.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, capable of translating complex technical and business concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills, with experience motivating cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
