• • Senior Product Manager at Swarmer AI Inc. shaping and delivering cutting-edge autonomous defense products that meet real-world operational needs, directly impacting modern warfare and supporting NATO-aligned nations through battle-tested drone autonomy software used in over 100,000 combat missions.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting customer discovery with military users, translating operational needs into product specifications and roadmaps, validating products in field environments, managing backlogs and dependencies, collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, sales, support, data science, and operations teams, managing stakeholder relationships with military and government partners, shaping product strategy through research and insights, defining go-to-market and adoption strategies, and establishing success metrics to measure product performance.
