📋 Description

• • As a Senior Product Manager for the Virtual Data Room (VDR) at iDeals Solutions Group Limited, you will drive product strategy and execution for M&A advisors and investment bankers, a key user segment critical to deal activity, platform adoption, and long-term growth. Your work will directly impact how financial professionals collaborate securely during high-stakes processes like due diligence, fundraising, and M&A transactions.
• • You will define and execute product strategy, identify and scale high-impact opportunities through user research and data analysis, prioritize initiatives based on impact and feasibility, and translate insights into actionable product requirements using PRDs, prototypes, and user stories. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, marketing, and client-facing teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
