- • As a Senior Product Manager at Novellia, you will lead the advancement of patient experiences by simplifying medical records access and unlocking health journey tools and insights, empowering users to take control of their health data.
- • You will partner with Design and Engineering to define and deliver patient product features across web and mobile apps, drive features from concept to launch using product analytics and user research, and own end-to-end roadmap prioritization and delivery.
- • You will collaborate with UX, Engineering, and Commercial teams to align customer projects with patient value, translate user research into product decisions, and communicate progress and tradeoffs to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- • You will join a fast-growing, mission-driven company that enables individuals to access nearly a decade of their health data for free, while also powering real-world data for biopharma innovation, backed by top-tier investors and growing 5x year-over-year.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in consumer health-tech product strategy, gain hands-on experience with analytics tools like Mixpanel or Amplitude, and strengthen your ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a remote, early-stage startup environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of product management experience with a strong track record of building and shipping consumer products, preferably in health-tech
- • Proficiency with product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude) and ability to run funnel/cohort analyses, define success metrics, and diagnose drop-off or retention issues
- • Experience writing detailed PRDs, defining acceptance criteria, and managing sprint ceremonies, user stories, and stakeholder alignment
- • Proven ability to conduct independent user research (interviews, usability tests, surveys) and translate findings into product decisions
- • Experience shipping features on both iOS and Android, including familiarity with App Store and Play Store release cycles
