- • Lead the digital transformation of public sector information services by designing and delivering impactful products and programmes for a major UK public sector client.
- • Translate strategic objectives into actionable product roadmaps and define seven strategic workstreams aligned with a five-objective, multi-year contract.
- • Own and maintain the master delivery roadmap and integrated project timelines across technology, design, content, and operations teams.
- • Track and report weekly, monthly, and quarterly on performance metrics, milestone progress, and contract compliance using structured delivery cycles and RAG status reviews.
- • Manage risk and issue logs, leading remediation planning and ensuring alignment with client and internal strategic priorities.
- • Act as the senior liaison between internal cross-functional teams and the client, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment across all communications.
- • Coordinate with product, technology, operations, sales, content, and marketing teams to deliver shared goals and execute seamless handoffs from design through to BAU (Business As Usual).
- • Produce detailed project plans covering all phases: design, build, test, release, and transition to operations, ensuring minimal service disruption and quality risks.
- • Champion delivery best practices by educating teams on scope, objectives, and success criteria, and by establishing robust documentation and training processes for new services.
- • Ensure all project documentation is accurate, consistent, and contractually compliant, developing reusable templates, tools, and knowledge-sharing resources.
- • Produce executive-level reports including delivery dashboards, governance papers, annual reviews, and strategic plans.
- • Represent the delivery function at client governance boards and internal strategic meetings, communicating progress and risks to senior stakeholders.
- • Work remotely with occasional requirement to attend client sites in Central London and Norwich for meetings and stakeholder engagement.
- • Operate within a 37.5-hour workweek, Monday to Friday, 9am–5:30pm with a 1-hour unpaid lunch.

- • Proven experience in programme delivery and product development, ideally within digital or public sector environments
- • Strong understanding of project and product lifecycles, including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
- • Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills
- • Ability to manage complex interdependencies across multi-disciplinary teams
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on risk mitigation and performance tracking
- • Skilled in producing executive-level reports and supporting governance documentation
