📋 Description

• Senior Product Manager at Taekus Inc, a profitable fintech and travel startup building a next-generation premium banking and rewards ecosystem for affluent customers, responsible for driving product strategy and execution to capture a $3.2T opportunity in redefining super-premium financial services and rewards markets.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment between design, engineering, and leadership to deliver cohesive, high-impact features that enhance customer experience and drive revenue growth in a high-growth, profitable environment.
• Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, Customer Success, and Data to streamline product development processes, optimize iteration cycles, and remove bottlenecks in delivery.
• Define and execute product roadmaps across core banking systems, rewards infrastructure, and customer experience initiatives, prioritizing features based on business impact, user needs, and technical feasibility.
• Lead user adoption efforts by designing and refining onboarding flows, trial experiences, engagement tactics, and conversion funnels in partnership with Customer Success and Data teams to increase activation and retention.
• Champion product-led growth strategies and vertical-focused go-to-market approaches, leveraging data and experimentation to scale user acquisition and revenue while maintaining compliance with banking regulations.
• Utilize Figma and prototyping tools to communicate product vision, validate concepts with stakeholders, and iterate quickly on UI/UX concepts before engineering handoff.
• Mentor and elevate product practices within a lean team of under 25 employees, helping establish best practices that blend startup agility with enterprise-grade rigor in a regulated financial environment.
• Contribute to Taekus’s mission of redefining premium banking for affluent customers by shaping products that combine luxury travel rewards with innovative financial services, directly impacting $3B+ in annual transaction volume.
• Grow professionally by leading strategic initiatives at a profitable, scaling fintech startup, gaining end-to-end ownership of product outcomes in a high-impact, remote-first culture.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of delivering successful products in fast-paced environments.
• Experience working in startup environments combined with familiarity of industry best practices from larger organizations, particularly in fintech, financial services, or regulated industries.
• Demonstrated ability to balance speed and innovation with the rigor required for banking compliance, risk management, and regulatory adherence.
• Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools to create, test, and communicate product designs effectively.
• Background in product-led growth and vertical-focused go-to-market strategies, with measurable success in scaling revenue and user growth.
• Prior experience in technical engineering or product design, enabling strong collaboration with technical teams and informed product decisions.
