  • • Lead end-to-end product ownership for AI-driven voice protection products at the intersection of telephony, AI, and consumer trust, serving 550M+ users and 800+ telecom partners globally.
  • • Engage directly with telecom operator customers (e.g., AT&T, BT, Virgin Media O2, Rogers) to uncover needs, translate ambiguity into clear product direction, and align on strategic priorities.
  • • Define and communicate a compelling product vision that balances user delight with commercial value for enterprise telecom clients.
  • • Work hands-on alongside engineering teams—setting priorities, prototyping ideas, and occasionally writing your own PRs—to drive execution with a builder mentality.
  • • Collaborate closely with Research teams to prioritize proprietary AI model training roadmaps for deepfake detection, fraud intent analysis, and voice AI agent development.
  • • Partner with Revenue teams to inform pricing strategies, support customer-facing meetings, and uncover monetization opportunities for voice protection products.
  • • Align with Legal teams to ensure product development adheres to evolving global telecom regulations and compliance frameworks.
  • • Work with Finance teams to build business cases, model product economics, and justify investment decisions based on ROI and market impact.
  • • Ruthlessly prioritize initiatives, say "no" to low-impact work, and ensure alignment across engineering, research, revenue, legal, and finance stakeholders.
  • • Embrace autonomy to chart your own path in a high-transparency environment where decisions are debated, committed to, and executed with urgency.
  • • Leverage AI tools daily to accelerate product discovery, prototyping, and decision-making, maintaining a hands-on relationship with the latest AI models and applications.
  • • Maintain deep technical fluency in AI and voice technologies, staying current with emerging innovations in conversational AI, audio intelligence, and telephony systems.
  • • Demonstrate ownership by taking responsibility for outcomes, embracing failure as a learning tool, and continuously improving processes and products.

🎯 Requirements

  • • At least one of: experience in product management at a venture-backed startup, being a founder or early employee in a startup with product involvement, or prior experience as a management consultant (MBB) with proven tech exposure
  • • Technical background, either through education or professional experience
  • • Strong sense of urgency in execution and ability to instill that urgency in cross-functional teams
