📋 Description

• Senior Product Manager at Polymarket Inc., responsible for owning product outcomes across one or more areas of the prediction market platform, driving clarity, alignment, and execution in a fast-moving environment.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap; turning strategy into scoped, prioritized work; analyzing quantitative and qualitative user data; collaborating closely with engineering and design from discovery to launch; communicating tradeoffs and progress to stakeholders; and maintaining high standards for product quality and usability.
• Polymarket is the world’s largest prediction market platform, enabling users to trade on real-world event outcomes across politics, economics, sports, and culture, with $21B traded in 2025 and a mission to become a ubiquitous beacon of truth in global media.
• In this role, you will develop deep product ownership skills, sharpen your ability to balance strategy with execution, gain experience in high-growth, ambiguous environments, and directly impact how users access and interpret real-time information through market-driven insights.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a highly operational role with significant product ownership
• Track record of shipping products or initiatives with measurable impact and clear evidence of personal contribution
• Strong analytical skills: comfortable with data, defining success metrics, and distinguishing signal from noise
• Excellent written and verbal communication: ability to write crisp PRDs, run effective meetings, and explain complex tradeoffs to any audience
• Bias for action: moves fast, makes decisions with incomplete information, and iterates based on learning
• High operational rigor: follows through on details and ensures things ship as intended
