- • Lead the evolution of Jerry.ai's AI-powered customer experience and internal AI platform, owning a strategic area focused on leveraging large language models, agents, and internal APIs to deliver automated customer support and operations.
- • Drive end-to-end product development for AI-powered experiences, from roadmap to rollout, partnering with engineers and prompt engineers to design AI architectures, prompt strategies, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails while balancing latency, cost, accuracy, and user experience.
- • Serve as the bridge between engineering and the rest of the organization, promoting AI best practices and aligning teams with platform standards.
- • Own key metrics including answer quality, customer satisfaction, automation rate, and escalation quality, driving improvement through data and experimentation.
- • Collaborate directly with OpenAI partners to evaluate new models and capabilities, identifying advancements in voice, computer use, and workflow automation for regulated production environments.
- • Work within a mission-driven company simplifying car ownership through AI, serving over 5 million users with a 4.7-star rated app and backed by $240M in funding.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience in technical product management, management consulting, data analytics, or operations at a fast-paced startup.
- • Passion for AI with hands-on experience evaluating and implementing emerging technologies like large language models, voice models, and computer use agents.
- • Comfort in technical discussions about system architecture, API design, and prompt engineering, with ability to translate complex ideas for non-technical stakeholders.
- • Familiarity with SQL and data-driven decision-making, including diving into data to answer questions and own metrics for continuous improvement.
- • Systems thinker who is optimistic, proactive, and motivated by solving problems with a 'how can we' mindset.
