- • As Senior Product Manager for AI Agents and Platform at Jerry Technologies Inc., you will lead the strategic evolution of the company’s AI-powered customer experience and internal automation systems, directly impacting how over 5 million users interact with car ownership services through intelligent, scalable AI solutions.
- • You will own one of the most strategic areas of the business: leveraging large language models, AI agents, and internal APIs to automate customer support, sales, and operational workflows — driving efficiency, accuracy, and user satisfaction at scale.
- • Day to day, you will lead end-to-end product development for Jerry’s AI-powered experiences, from defining roadmap and prioritizing features to overseeing rollout and post-launch optimization of conversational AI systems handling >70% of inbound sales and service via chat and SMS.
- • You will partner closely with engineers and prompt engineers to design and iterate on AI architectures, prompt strategies, evaluation frameworks, and safety guardrails, making data-informed tradeoffs between latency, cost, accuracy, and user experience in a regulated environment.
- • You will serve as the critical bridge between engineering and the broader organization, championing AI best practices, establishing platform standards, and enabling cross-team adoption of AI tools and processes through clear communication and leadership by example.
- • You will own and improve key performance metrics including answer quality, customer satisfaction (CSAT), automation rate, and escalation quality, using SQL-based analysis and experimentation to drive systematic, measurable improvements.
- • You will collaborate directly with OpenAI partners to evaluate emerging AI technologies — such as voice models and computer use agents — assessing their suitability for production use in a regulated insurance and automotive context.
- • You will continuously monitor and assess new model releases and AI capabilities, translating technical advancements into actionable product opportunities that align with Jerry’s mission to simplify car ownership.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in applied AI product management, gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge LLM systems and AI agent frameworks, and develop leadership skills in guiding technical teams through ambiguous, high-impact innovation cycles.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience in technical product management, management consulting, data analytics, or operations at a fast-paced startup.
- • Proven ability to work comfortably in technical conversations about system architecture, API design, and prompt engineering, with the skill to translate complex AI concepts into clear, actionable plans for non-technical stakeholders.
- • Strong data-driven mindset, including proficiency in SQL and experience diving into data to answer product questions and inform decisions.
- • Demonstrated ownership of metrics and a track record of driving improvement through experimentation, optimization, and a bias for action — asking “how can we” rather than “if we can.”
- • Intrinsic motivation to stay current with AI advancements, including regularly reading model release notes and experimenting with AI tools and workflows independently.
- • Experience or strong interest in evaluating emerging AI technologies such as voice models, computer use agents, and multimodal systems for production suitability in regulated environments.
