- • As a Senior Product Manager (AI Growth) at NerdWallet, you will lead the evolution of the company’s on-site, AI-driven user journey, shaping how consumers interact with financial content, tools, and guidance to deliver greater clarity and confidence in financial decisions.
- • You will own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for AI-powered features such as conversational interfaces and recommendation systems, collaborating with data, design, engineering, and marketing teams to drive growth across organic funnels and improve customer outcomes at scale.
- • You will work within NerdWallet’s inclusive, flexible, and innovative culture, reporting to the Director of Engineering for the SEO Team, and contribute to a mission-driven organization that empowers employees to grow, take smart risks, and make meaningful impact.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in AI-powered product development, SEO integration, data-driven experimentation, and cross-functional leadership, while mentoring junior product managers and advancing your impact in fintech and consumer finance.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, consumer finance, or a related domain
- • 2+ years of experience in a senior-level product management role
- • Proven experience leading the development and launch of AI-powered product features (e.g., conversational interfaces, recommendation systems, personalization) from concept to scale
- • Deep understanding of technical, on-page, and programmatic SEO, including how search algorithms influence content discovery and ranking
- • Skilled in leveraging data analytics tools and methodologies to inform decision-making, including A/B testing and user research
- • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders without direct authority
