📋 Description

• As a Senior Product Manager for AI Platform & Ecosystem at Follow Up Boss (part of Zillow Group), you will shape how AI integrates across the CRM platform used by over 100,000 real estate agents, enabling smarter, more personalized experiences that help agents focus on relationships rather than software.
• You will own the strategy and evolution of platform capabilities that connect AI to FUB’s data, workflows, and integrations, defining how internal and external AI systems interact with the platform through reliable, scalable tools and interfaces.
• You will work within a high-impact product team at Follow Up Boss, a leading CRM in real estate, collaborating with engineering, AI/ML, design, and product teams to turn emerging AI capabilities into measurable customer and business value.
• You will gain deep expertise in AI platform strategy, influence the long-term vision for AI across web, mobile, automation, and assistant surfaces, and develop leadership in defining scalable, reusable capabilities that power next-generation agent experiences.
