• • As a Senior Product Manager for AI Strategy & Integration at Guidewire, you will be the connective tissue between cutting-edge AI technology and real-world utility, ensuring AI becomes a fundamental driver of value across every module of the InsuranceNow platform rather than a siloed innovation project.
• • You will assess products and workflows to identify high-impact AI opportunities, partner with product managers across teams to "AI-enable" their roadmaps, run lean experiments with rigorous success criteria to prove value before scaling, triage user feedback, reproduce issues, file clear bugs, and maintain backlog hygiene for AI-specific work while helping shape industry standards for AI application.
• • You will join Guidewire, a trusted platform for P&C insurers that combines digital, core, analytics, and AI to deliver cloud services to over 540+ insurers in 40 countries, known for its 1600+ successful implementations, large R&D team, and extensive partner ecosystem.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in LLMs, RAG, agentic design, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation while gaining influence over how AI transforms insurance technology, developing skills in cross-functional leadership, technical strategy, and driving measurable business outcomes through responsible AI innovation.
