- • As a Senior Product Manager at Loot Labs Inc., you will own the roadmap and execution for the core BOXED.GG experience, driving product strategy that blends digital entertainment with tangible rewards to spark joy for collectors worldwide. Your work will directly impact how fans engage with collectibles through onboarding, games, economics, retention, and live operations, ensuring the product delivers nostalgia and discovery at scale.
- • Day to day, you will define and own the product vision and roadmap for BOXED.GG, balancing short-term wins with long-term bets across onboarding, games, social, retention, logistics, and the in-product economy. You will drive execution by coordinating with Engineering and Design to ship high-quality features, translate customer insights from the community and support teams into product strategy, and partner cross-functionally with Marketing, CX, and Operations to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience.
- • Loot Labs is a remote-first company founded in 2023 by veterans from Microsoft, Twitch, 2K, and Boeing, serving over 500k collectors with an active Discord community of 125k+. The company is in a high-growth phase, expanding its product offerings, strategic partnerships, and collector experiences, with a mission to make collecting fun by blending digital and physical rewards.
- • In this role, you will grow into greater strategic ownership over your first year, sharpening your ability to drive measurable impact on activation, retention, and monetization metrics. You will deepen your expertise in consumer psychology, virtual economies, and habit-forming mechanics while leading cross-functional initiatives that ship value to a passionate global audience.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of product management experience in a consumer product environment with ownership of core product surfaces and outcomes
- • Track record of driving measurable impact on metrics such as activation, retention, engagement, or monetization
- • Experience with modern product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Posthog, or similar) and ability to dive into data independently
- • Excellent communication skills with experience collaborating across engineering, design, marketing, operations, and other cross-functional teams
- • Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments while balancing speed, quality, and risk
