📋 Description

• As a Senior Product Manager on the Clinical team at Jane Technologies, you will own the roadmap for consents, intake forms, and surveys, shaping how patients contribute to their care through digital tools and AI-powered experiences.
• You will drive impact by reducing friction in patient intake, evaluating where AI adds real value, establishing guardrails for trustworthy AI features, and championing AI use across teams to improve workflows and decision-making.
• You will collaborate with design, engineering, data, support, and marketing to deliver end-to-end customer experiences, run effective betas, and build alignment with stakeholders across the organization.
• Jane Technologies is a founder-led, high-growth SaaS company serving thousands of clinics across Canada, the US, and the UK, with a mission to help the helpers through intuitive, impactful healthcare software.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in complex, workflow-heavy product areas
• Proven experience delivering an AI-powered product or feature from concept to launch, including defining success metrics and managing reliability and trust
• Track record of owning a team’s roadmap and building strategic rationale aligned with broader company goals
• Comfort evaluating tradeoffs between AI and non-AI solutions, with the ability to articulate when AI adds real value versus unnecessary complexity
• Strong product sense, including regular customer engagement, data-informed decision-making, and the ability to clearly communicate the 'why' behind roadmap decisions
• Experience running betas, experiments, or phased rollouts to learn fast and adapt based on user feedback
