- • As a Senior Product Manager, Construction AI at Autodesk, you will lead a portfolio of AI assistant workflows across Autodesk Construction Cloud, translating construction domain expertise into trusted AI experiences at scale.
- • You will define product vision and roadmap, prioritize high-value AI opportunities in areas like answer-finding, project intelligence, and workflow automation, and partner with engineering, data science, design, and GTM teams to deliver responsible, workflow-integrated AI solutions.
- • You will work within Autodesk’s Construction Cloud team, collaborating with cross-functional groups including data science, legal, trust, and customer-facing teams to ensure AI products solve real construction problems for personas such as project managers, superintendents, and VDC/BIM teams.
- • In this role, you will develop deep construction workflow fluency, drive measurable adoption of AI assistants, establish feedback loops for continuous improvement, and build alignment across teams to deliver trusted AI that reduces rework, risk, and administrative burden in construction practice.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, AI/ML products, construction technology, or related domains
- • Demonstrated experience owning product vision, roadmap, prioritization, requirements, and execution for complex products
- • Strong understanding of AI/ML product concepts, including LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, prompt behavior, model quality, and responsible AI considerations
- • Familiarity with construction workflows, construction project data, or construction technology
- • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence senior leaders and align teams around tradeoffs
🏖️ Benefits
- • Competitive base salary range of $149,000 to $266,200 for U.S.-based roles, with potential to exceed based on experience and location
