• In this critical role, you will be instrumental in collaborating closely with our US-based clients, providing strategic guidance and developing solutions that address complex business challenges and propel their businesses forward. You will be the bridge between client needs and our talented global delivery teams, including Engineering and Program Management, as well as the Client Services team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve a deep dive into understanding client objectives, translating them into actionable product roadmaps, and ensuring the successful execution of product development cycles.
• You will be a key player in pre-sales efforts, leveraging your expertise to consult with clients on their most pressing business challenges and identifying opportunities where 3Pillar's solutions can deliver significant value. This will involve articulating product vision, demonstrating technical capabilities, and building strong client relationships based on trust and expertise. Your ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and solutions will be paramount in securing and expanding client engagements.
• A significant part of your role will be to champion and implement Agile practices throughout the product development lifecycle. You will work closely with engineering and program management teams to define user stories, prioritize backlogs, and ensure timely and high-quality delivery of software products. This includes meticulously planning releases, managing scope, and ensuring that the delivered products not only meet but exceed client expectations and business objectives.
• You will be responsible for defining and refining the product vision and strategy in alignment with client business goals. This involves conducting market research, competitive analysis, and user research to identify new opportunities and potential threats. Your strategic insights will guide the product roadmap, ensuring that it remains relevant, competitive, and aligned with long-term business objectives.
• Furthermore, you will actively participate in the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and conception through to launch and post-launch analysis. This includes defining product requirements, creating detailed specifications, and working with cross-functional teams to bring products to market successfully. You will also be responsible for monitoring product performance, gathering user feedback, and iterating on the product to drive continuous improvement and growth.
