- • The Senior Product Manager, Deal Engine at Credit Acceptance Corporation is a customer-centric advocate responsible for identifying and executing opportunities to enhance end-to-end customer experiences, drive satisfaction, and positively impact revenue growth and company goals.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include advocating for end users and stakeholders by understanding needs, analyzing data to define goals and KPIs, creating customer-first team environments, taking ownership of business results, conducting competitive research, driving innovation, collaborating with technical and design teams, translating product concepts into deliverables, owning product delivery on time and budget, recommending new technologies, setting vision and direction, championing high-impact outcomes, driving continuous improvement in product processes, inspiring and developing others, and providing peer coaching to fellow Product Managers.

- • In this role, the individual will develop deep expertise in customer-centric product management, master data-driven decision-making, strengthen cross-functional leadership and influence without authority, gain proficiency in modern product tools and methodologies, drive measurable improvements in KPIs, and grow as a transformational leader who shapes product vision, mentors peers, and contributes to organizational innovation and success.
🎯 Requirements
- • College degree or recent equivalent experience in a related field
- • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or related position
- • Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle
- • Experience working according to Agile principles, sprint-based approaches
- • Proficiency with standard MS productivity tools (Office, Visio, Project), web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Suite), collaboration tools (e.g. Mural, Miro), and product management tools (e.g. Jira, Rally)
- • Ability to travel 25% of the time
