  • • The Senior Product Manager, Demand Activation at Credit Acceptance Corporation is a customer-centric advocate responsible for identifying and executing opportunities to enhance end-to-end customer experiences, drive satisfaction, and positively impact revenue growth and company goals.
  • • Day to day, the role involves advocating for end users and stakeholders by empathizing with user needs, analyzing data to identify goals and KPIs, creating customer-first team environments, taking ownership of business results as a day-to-day decision maker, conducting research and competitive analysis, driving innovation, ensuring proper data usage for prioritization, collaborating with technical and design teams, translating product concepts into deliverables like user stories and epics, owning product delivery on time, on budget, and on strategy, recommending new technologies, setting vision and direction as a bridge between strategy and execution, championing end-to-end platform expertise, driving continuous improvement in product management processes, inspiring and developing others beyond the immediate team, and providing peer coaching to fellow Product Managers.

🎯 Requirements

  • • College degree or recent equivalent experience in a related field
  • • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or related position
  • • Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle
  • • Experience working according to Agile principles, sprint-based approaches
  • • Proficiency with standard MS productivity tools (Office, Visio, and Project), web analytics and pathing tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Suite, Tea Leaf, Real Story), collaboration tools (e.g. Mural, Miro), Product management (e.g. Jira, Rally, etc.)
  • • Ability to travel 25% of the time
