ďż˝ Description
- • Own the end-to-end product vision for Hostinger’s global domains business, serving 4 million+ active users across 150 countries. You will define the roadmap for discovery, registration, transfer, renewal, and management of 500+ TLDs, ensuring every interaction is friction-free, secure, and revenue-generating.
- • Translate market intelligence, ICANN policy changes, registry pricing fluctuations, and competitive benchmarking into a living 12-month roadmap that balances growth, compliance, and customer delight. Present quarterly updates to C-level stakeholders and secure buy-in for multi-million-euro investments.
- • Drive double-digit YoY growth in domain revenue and attach-rate by designing cross-product bundles (hosting + domain + email + website builder) that feel native, not forced. Build pricing models, promotional campaigns, and lifecycle nudges that lift ARPU while reducing churn.
- • Lead a cross-functional squad of 12+ engineers, designers, data analysts, and marketers in two-week sprints. Write crisp PRDs, define success metrics (activation, adoption, revenue, NPS), and ship features from MVP to global rollout with localization in 20+ languages.
- • Act as the voice of the customer: run 20+ user interviews per quarter, analyze 100k+ support tickets, and turn qualitative pain points into quantitative OKRs. Map the buyer journey from first search to renewal and identify high-impact moments for upsell, cross-sell, and support automation.
- • Forge strategic partnerships with registries (Verisign, Identity Digital, Donuts), registrars, and aftermarket platforms to secure premium inventory, negotiate volume discounts, and co-market new TLD launches. Represent Hostinger at ICANN meetings and industry conferences.
- • Champion DNS security, privacy, and compliance: ensure GDPR, CCPA, and ICANN WHOIS requirements are embedded in every feature. Collaborate with Legal & Risk to launch new TLDs, implement DNSSEC, and handle abuse mitigation workflows.
- • Build a data-driven experimentation culture. Design A/B tests on pricing pages, checkout flows, and renewal reminders; iterate until conversion lifts exceed 5% with 95% confidence. Instrument dashboards in Amplitude and Tableau for real-time visibility.
- • Mentor junior PMs and analysts, fostering a culture of curiosity, ownership, and customer obsession. Contribute to Hostinger’s 10 core principles by sharing learnings in guilds, lunch-and-learns, and internal blogs.
- • Stay ahead of emerging trends—AI-generated domains, Web3 naming, zero-click renewals—and run quarterly innovation sprints to validate new revenue streams before competitors do.
ďż˝ Requirements
- • 5+ years of product management experience in B2C digital platforms, ideally domains, hosting, marketplaces, or SaaS
- • Demonstrated success owning a P&L or revenue line >€5 M and delivering double-digit YoY growth
- • Deep understanding of DNS, domain lifecycle, ICANN policies, and registrar operations
- • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across engineering, design, data, and marketing in an agile environment
- • Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal) with experience presenting to C-level and external partners
️ Benefits
- • 360 Growth: limitless learning budget (Reforge, Scribd, global conferences), mentoring via TesoXchange, and fast internal mobility
- • Work-from-anywhere flexibility: modern offices in Vilnius & Kaunas, or fully remote across time zones
- • Wellness first: private health insurance from Day 1, gym memberships, recharge leave, health checks, hobby clubs
- • Celebrate success: Summerfest, Winterfest, Town Halls, Žalgiris Arena VIP Lounge, milestone gifts for weddings & new parenthood
- • Competitive compensation: €4,500–€6,500 gross/month plus performance bonuses
