- • As the Senior Product Manager for the subcontractor side at Cosuno, you will drive the evolution of a B2B SaaS platform that uses AI to transform how subcontractors find, evaluate, and bid on construction projects, directly impacting thousands of users.
- • You will take full ownership of core product areas, identify and implement AI use cases such as intelligent tender recommendations and automated bidding support, and collaborate with design and engineering to bring innovations to life.
- • You will analyze user behavior, market trends, and product metrics to uncover growth opportunities, develop and test hypotheses through prototypes and experiments, and scale successful solutions.
- • You will partner with Marketing and Customer Success to ensure effective go-to-market strategies for new features, ensuring alignment between product, user needs, and business goals.
- • You will work in a small, high-leverage team with significant influence over product direction, contributing to a mission-driven company revolutionizing the construction industry through technology and inclusivity.
- • You will grow your expertise in AI-powered product development, marketplace dynamics, and end-to-end product lifecycle management while shaping a product that solves real-world problems in construction.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5 years of experience in product management within a B2B SaaS environment or marketplace/platform business model
- • Solid understanding of marketplace dynamics and ability to balance supply and demand sides
- • Strong analytical skills with proven ability to turn complex problems into pragmatic, data-informed solutions
- • Confidence in using AI tools such as LLM-based assistants, MCPs, and no-code prototyping in daily work
- • Experience with product roadmaps, user stories, and managing the full product lifecycle
- • Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken
