Full Job Description

đź“‹ Description

  • • Own key growth metrics across the entire customer funnel—from acquisition to conversion and early retention—driving measurable, sustained improvement in conversion rates and user retention.
  • • Define and execute a product roadmap that balances quick-win experiments with long-term structural improvements to the customer experience on Nivoda’s B2B diamond and gemstone marketplace.
  • • Lead a cross-functional squad of engineers and designers to ship experiments and features rapidly, maintaining quality while operating with startup-like speed within a scaling business.
  • • Use data, customer research, and qualitative insights to identify high-leverage opportunities in the funnel and build clear, compelling cases for prioritization and investment.
  • • Leverage AI tools to accelerate product work, including automating spec writing, running data analyses, generating test variants, and embedding AI-powered features that deliver real user value.
  • • Translate complex data into compelling narratives for executive leadership, engineering teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to align on priorities and drive momentum.
  • • Design, run, and analyze structured A/B experiments: define hypotheses, set success metrics, measure impact, and translate findings into actionable product decisions.
  • • Lead your squad toward outcomes, not outputs—set clear destinations, remove blockers, and foster an environment where the team delivers its best work with autonomy and ownership.
  • • Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to understand friction points across the funnel and translate customer insights into product improvements.
  • • Monitor key growth metrics weekly, build and maintain dashboards, and ensure a shared, real-time understanding of funnel health across the organization.
  • • Report directly to the VP of Product with a high-visibility role shaping Nivoda’s overall growth trajectory and business outcomes.
  • • Operate as a co-located team based in Boston, with some flexibility but a strong belief that in-person collaboration drives speed, alignment, and impact.
  • • Own the metrics that determine whether Nivoda grows, treating them as if they are your own business with full accountability and ownership.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of product management experience with a demonstrable track record of driving growth or conversion metrics at a B2B or marketplace company
  • • Strong bias for action—defaulting to doing, shipping, learning, and iterating over prolonged deliberation
  • • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills—ability to distill complex data into clear narratives and align stakeholders at all levels
  • • Proven ability to collaborate at speed with engineering and design teams, building trust and keeping cross-functional work moving efficiently
  • • Deep comfort with data: proficiency in SQL or equivalent, experience building dashboards, and ability to design and evaluate A/B experiments
  • • Experience using AI tools to accelerate product work, including for research, spec writing, analysis, or feature ideation

🏖️ Benefits

  • • Competitive salary: $170,000 – $190,000 USD
  • • Remote work options
  • • Medical (United Healthcare), Dental & Vision (Guardian Life) benefits
  • • 401K benefit (US)
  • • Unlimited holiday allowance
  • • Plenty of opportunities for growth and learning
