- • As a Senior Product Manager for Insurance (Core Product) at Jerry Technologies Inc., you will own and scale the quoting and automation systems that form the backbone of Jerry’s ability to deliver accurate, low-cost insurance quotes at speed—directly impacting millions of users and reinforcing Jerry’s competitive advantage in a $2T market.
- • You will lead end-to-end product development for quoting or automation systems, including designing and launching new carrier integrations, maintaining existing systems, and driving improvements in data quality, system performance, and user experience through close collaboration with engineering, operations, and insurance domain experts.
- • You will own high-profile integrations with major insurance carriers, shaping the growth and scalability of Jerry’s marketplace while identifying opportunities to leverage AI and automation to reduce operational costs and increase system resilience.
- • You will partner with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, operations, and insurance specialists to translate complex technical requirements into clear product roadmaps, ensuring alignment between backend performance and customer-facing outcomes.
- • You will use data-driven decision-making to own and improve key metrics, continuously seeking optimization opportunities and advocating for AI-powered solutions that enhance personalization, speed, and accuracy in customer communications and quoting workflows.
- • You will join a profitable, pre-IPO startup with $240M in funding, 60X revenue growth over five years, and a mission to disrupt car ownership—working alongside leaders from Amazon, McKinsey, BCG, Bain, and LinkedIn in a talent-dense environment that accelerates career growth.

🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience in management consulting, technical product management, data analytics, or operations at a fast-paced startup
- • Strong technical aptitude and systems thinking—comfortable engaging in technical discussions and translating complex concepts into clear, actionable product requirements
- • Proven ability to be data-driven, including independently exploring datasets to answer questions, own metrics, and drive continuous improvement
- • Passion for AI and automation, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and a desire to apply cutting-edge GenAI at scale to enhance customer experiences
