📋 Description

• As a Senior Product Manager for Logs, Observability at Elastic, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle for Logs Observability within Kibana, shaping how users interact with trillions of log lines by shifting from manual search to AI-driven answers, directly impacting the success of Elastic’s Observability product used by over 50% of the Fortune 500.
• You will lead the integration of GenAI and agentic workflows into the logging experience, build features for modern SREs including automated SLO/SLI tracking, intelligent alerting, and seamless correlation between logs, metrics, and traces, while collaborating across Engineering, UX, Design, Sales, and Marketing to deliver go-to-market strategies and track user feedback for continuous product improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management or a closely related field
• Demonstrated knowledge of observability and/or performance monitoring domains
• Experience working with cloud and/or infrastructure systems powering modern applications
• Strong ability to translate abstract customer problems into concrete, prioritized solutions using a customer-backward approach
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to lead and collaborate effectively across multiple teams, including Engineering, UX, Design, Sales, and Marketing
