- • Senior Product Manager responsible for building and scaling ShiftKey’s middleware platform to enable seamless integrations between healthcare facilities and independent professionals via public-facing APIs.
- • Own the integration roadmap and strategy, transitioning legacy point-to-point connections into a scalable, cohesive API ecosystem while making strategic architectural decisions.
- • Partner with engineering to define API design, data flow mapping, and error handling; collaborate with Sales and Revenue Leadership to ensure integrations drive measurable business outcomes.
- • Build observability and diagnostic tools to empower internal teams to troubleshoot partner issues independently; manage competing priorities between internal product needs and external partner demands.
- • Drive adoption, conversion, and retention metrics for integrations; act as a strategic leader with significant autonomy in a fast-moving, ambitious product team focused on solving healthcare staffing challenges.

- • Work fully remotely within the U.S., requiring comfort with asynchronous collaboration across time zones.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, marketplaces, platforms, or complex ecosystem environments.
- • Ability to engage credibly with engineers on API design, troubleshooting, and error handling.
- • Proven skill in managing stakeholder expectations and making difficult trade-offs to protect platform scalability.
- • Experience working with distributed engineering teams.
- • Track record of effective collaboration with external partners and internal leadership.
