📋 Description

• • As a Senior Product Manager for Marketplace Integrations at ShiftKey, you will own the middleware platform and drive integrations with external systems and partner platforms to unlock customer value and remove friction for sales and operations, playing a critical role in scaling the company’s healthcare staffing marketplace.
• • You will own the integration roadmap and strategy, clean up legacy point-to-point connections, design cohesive public-facing APIs, partner with engineering on technical execution, build observability tools for revenue teams, manage competing priorities between internal and external stakeholders, and define success metrics tied to adoption, conversion, and retention.
• • You will join an ambitious, fast-moving product team at ShiftKey, a company disrupting healthcare staffing by connecting facilities with licensed professionals through a dynamic marketplace, giving you autonomy to act as a strategic leader on a core product area with direct impact on revenue and operations.
