- • Day to day, the role involves owning product strategy and execution for partnership initiatives, translating GTM and partnership opportunities into clear product bets and roadmaps, balancing short-term opportunities with long-term platform scalability, developing deep understanding of partner ecosystems (integrations, marketplaces, resellers, referrals), conducting discovery with partners and customers to identify high-leverage opportunities, evaluating build vs. buy vs. partner decisions, partnering closely with Partnerships, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, working with engineering and design to define problems and deliver solutions, owning initiatives end-to-end from concept to launch, defining clear product requirements and success metrics, owning roadmap and ensuring consistent delivery, making thoughtful tradeoffs balancing customer and business impact, defining and tracking OKRs tied to adoption, revenue, and partner impact, using data and insights to inform decisions and iteration, and identifying opportunities to scale partner-driven growth.

- • In this role, the person will achieve strategic ownership of a critical product area, not just execute on a roadmap, gain high visibility by working directly with product leadership and GTM teams, build expertise in ecosystem-driven product growth, define and scale partner-driven revenue streams, and help shape the future of work by influencing how SaaS platforms expand through global partnerships, all while operating with high ownership, autonomy, and comfort in ambiguity within a fully remote, flexible work environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years building and shipping B2B SaaS products
- • Experience working in or closely with US-based SaaS companies (strong preference)
- • Proven ability to take products from ideation through launch and iteration
- • Strong discovery and customer-centric mindset
- • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and GTM teams
- • Fluent English (written and spoken) — must be fully comfortable working in a global, English-speaking environment
- • High ownership, autonomy, and comfort operating in ambiguity
- • Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution
- • Experience with platforms, integrations, or ecosystem-driven products
