📋 Description
- • As a Senior Product Manager, Payroll at Remote Technologies Inc., you will lead the development of a scalable payroll platform serving 80+ global markets, directly impacting how businesses manage international teams compliantly and efficiently.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include leading cross-functional efforts across engineering, design, and operations to launch high-impact payroll features, shaping product improvements, advancing key KPIs, collaborating with internal stakeholders (operations, compliance, sales, finance), and using AI tools to enhance productivity and decision-making.
- • Remote is a fully remote, globally distributed company with team members across 6 continents, driven by core values of innovation, automation, and AI integration, and committed to building a best-in-class HR platform through diverse talent and asynchronous work culture.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in global payroll systems, AI-powered product development, and stakeholder leadership while driving strategic and tactical product decisions that scale across markets and contribute to Remote’s mission of redefining global employment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience as a senior product manager in a multi-product, high-growth scale-up environment
- • Proficiency in Cursor and/or Claude Code, with ability to autonomously build, debug, and ship functional code or prototypes
- • Strong understanding of end-to-end payroll processes and HR functions; hands-on payroll software development experience preferred
- • Experience launching AI-powered products or features
- • Data-driven mindset with proven ability to set, track, and achieve goals
- • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills across departments (e.g., operations, business, sales, finance)
- • Business-level English proficiency in writing and speaking
- • Excellent stakeholder management skills with a track record of influence and alignment
- • ‘Can do’ attitude: proactive, solution-oriented, and efficient in collaborative problem-solving
