- • As a Senior Product Manager for the People List & Org Chart team at Deel, you will own and influence product strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market execution for tools that help organizations visualize and manage their workforce structure clearly and accurately.
- • You will build a clear vision and execution path, collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, and go-to-market teams, and balance core product development with high-priority client escalations in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
- • You will work with a team of talented product designers, engineers, and subject-matter experts to deliver best-in-class experiences to a global customer base, ranging from startups to large enterprises across 150+ countries.
- • You will drive progress through the entire product development lifecycle, leveraging your expertise to turn complex worker data into structured, visual clarity that impacts how hundreds of thousands of workers experience their organization daily.
- • You will contribute to Deel’s mission of unlocking global opportunity by building intuitive, scalable tools that support the future of work, backed by the company’s rapid growth, $17.3B valuation, and $1B ARR.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 5 years of product management experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in a scaleup or startup
- • Independent and autonomous leadership ability
- • Understanding of both UX and UI principles
